Oslo (Norway), 22 December 2017 - Funds advised by Triton ("Triton") have completed the sale of the Infratek Group ("Infratek"), a leading supplier in the Nordic region within building, operating and maintaining critical infrastructure, to VINCI Group, a global player in concession and constructing.VINCI Group has acquired 100% ownership of Infratek.

Triton has acquired a 76.3% stake in Infratek ASA from Hafslund ASA and Fortum Nordic AB for approximately NOK 682 million (NOK 14 per share). Infratek is listed on Oslo Börs and after execution of this acquisition, Triton will make a mandatory offering for the remaining shares in the company.
